Abstract：
改革开放以来，我们国家一直在寻求着创新和突破，如果一个国家不注重创新那么必然会止步不前，止步不前必然会导致落后，这是历史规律。同样，教育行业也是如此，因此，从初中就需要开始培养学生的创新思维实施创新教育。文章通过分析创新思维的概念，讨论其重要性，从教师思想、学习氛围、实践教学等几个方面提出了培养中学生创新思维可能会遇到的困难并从开展教职工继续教育、创造学习环境等几个方面给出培养策略。
