    随着科学技术的发展。通信服务也在不断更新和发展。建筑通信工程项目作为业务支撑，在项目实施过程中，由于人与物的危险行为以及各种不可控的各种风险的发生，进而影响结构通信项目的实施，需要在项目实施过程中增加。在项目管理过程中，要充分认识建设项目的特点和风险，加大风险识别、风险评估、风险分析和监督力度，通过组织网络、网络管理、经济网络，加强风险控制。
