    Abstract：

    为了从根本上解决建筑工程中存在的监管不力、质量不高等一系列问题，首先必须全面落实好监理工作，将工程现状与现场质量管理充分结合起来，才能进一步提高建设质量。本文通过深入分析房屋建筑工程监理的现场质量控制的必要性与缺陷，再联系房屋建筑工程的现状，最后提出相应的质量控制措施，旨在为负责现场质量控制工作的人员提供参考。
