    施工成本的管理是指在施工过程中，对人工、材料、机械等费用的综合管理，然后达到节约施工成本，提高经济效益的目的。建筑施工行业是一项高投资高风险的行业，对其成本的有效管理能够降低这种风险，达到节约资本的目的，进而提高企业在市场中的竞争力。科学分析施I成本的影响因素，姐采取有效的管理措施，才能够实现节约施工成本的目的，体现施工成本管理的价值。
