Abstract：
同地面电站项目相比，屋顶光伏项目省去了办理土地手续或规划手续等流程，在项目施工中应重点关注屋顶荷载、用电负荷及项目合作形式等，文章分析了屋顶光伏项目在进行前期勘察应把控的要点，并对实际建设中需要把控的要点进行了阐述。
