Abstract：
为提升高职院校专业人才素质，学校不仅要重视学生的专业学习能力，还要重视学生的心理调适能力，不仅要重视第一课堂的教学实践能力，更要重视第二课堂的重要实践价值。心理健康教育第二课堂作为大学生素质教育的重要载体和阵地，弥补了心理健康教育第一课堂的局限性，为心理健康教育提供了更广阔的教育平台，满足了高职院校人才培养目标。
