    随着我国社会经济的快速发，农村教育也呈现出了一片蓬勃发展的趋势，但旧有的农村学校管理制度已不能满足现阶段农村学校发展的需要，为此，农村学校管理人员必须要对学校管理过程中存在的问题进行深入的探究，并加强学校管理制度建设，这样才能促进农村学校的进一步发展。基于此，下文将对当前农村学校管理中存在的问题及对策展开分析。
