Abstract：
让每一位学生掌握一技之长，使学生积极锻炼身体，增强体质，能促进社会家庭关系，还能能让学生远离电子产品，预防近视眼，体育家庭作业起着至关重要的作用。通过对课后家庭作业目标的达成度来督促作业过程和评价学生，形成“学、练、赛、评”评价体制，对学生的评价要过程，强参与。
