Abstract：
小学作文教学一直都是教师关注的焦点内容，每当见到学生写作抓耳挠腮却又无从下笔时，教师也时常感到无可奈何，教师必须基于传统教学模式进行反思，有时并不一定要结合学生的整篇作文练习进行指导，而是可以以某一个细节或片段入手，尝试利用微习作提升教育指导效果，进而逐渐提高小学生的作文练习能力。
