    本文从初中数学教学学生思维能力培养实际出发，分析和介绍了不足，集中体现在忽视思维能力培养、教学方式影响思维能力培养等。重点围绕学生思维能力探讨策略，在教学经验反思与有关研究基础上，提出激发情感调动思考积极性、通过变式训练培养思维能力、引导学生一题多解等。
