Abstract：
由于高中物理是一门面向科学研究的基础性课程，教育部近年来非常关注学生的物理学科素养和知识掌握情况，要求教师在新课程改革背景下积极挖掘科学有效的授课方式，帮助学生实现全面发展。基于此，本文将重点讨论当前高中物理课堂教学的现状，并有针对性地提出改善课堂教学实效性的方法，旨在锻炼学生的抽象性思维，从而达到提升高中物理课堂教学实效性的最终目标。
