Abstract：
在我国公共卫生事业当中，基层畜牧兽医防疫工作是十分重要的一项基础工作内容，对于基层畜牧业的健康发展具有重要意义。随着基层畜牧业发展规模的不断扩大，越来越多的畜牧群中也隐藏着大规模疾病暴发的隐患，笔者经过大量的研究与调查之后，认为基层畜牧兽医需要进一步探索预防动物疾病，尤其是大规模流行疾病暴发的一些措施。
