Abstract：
近些年我国工程建设模式日益完善，市政工程为城市基础性服务项目，一方面为城市发展创造了良好的环境，另一方面也为城市文明发展提供可靠支撑，正因如此，社会公众十分重视市政工程建设情况。质量管理是工程管理的重要内容，其直接关系着工程建设效果、使用寿命，故而做好质量管理工作具有很大现实意义。但市政工程施工环境复杂、工期漫长、涉及工种繁多，具体建设时出现质量问题在所难免，故而更应结合实际情况加强质量控制，及时消除缺陷，最大限度地优化工程建设效果。
