    在城镇化建设下的乡镇建筑工程中，工程管理一直在其中扮演着重要的角色。工程管理是一个十分复杂、系统性的工作，牵涉项目建设的方方面面，因而具有很大的挑战性。管理者要认识到这个问题，掌握好每一个环节，为工程施工打下坚实的基础，施工企业要确立健全的工程管理体制，丰富人员管理经验，提升管理水平，为国家建设提供有力的保证，推动工程企业发展，增强其在国际上的竞争能力。
