    Abstract：

    如今随着信息技术的不断发展，各行各业的发展均受到了剧烈的冲击。在这样的大形势下，出版社教辅编辑人员只有与时俱进，对自身工作能力进行不断地优化与改进，才能够符合新时代编辑人才队伍的需求。本研究首先分析了新时代下出版社对于教辅编辑人才队伍的要求，并提出如何利用人才建设途径来增强教辅编辑的工作素质，以期能够促进我国教辅行业的发展。
