Abstract：
高职院校在学生的体育教学发展过程中应该积极的从素质教育的理念指导中汲取营养，并且在实际的教学实践中做到切实地贯彻素质教育理念，在素质教育理念的指导下改革教学理念与教学方式，提高体育教学效率，培养出职业能力与职业素养兼具的全面综合型人才。
