Abstract：
在新时代的教育背景下，培养学生的道德与法治意识在教育教学中是一项重要内容。在初中阶段，学生的身心还处于发展阶段，自我保护意识比较薄弱，需要我们去引导他们在成长过程中健康发展，同时在身心发育阶段也更需要法律的保护。在初中的教学过程中，致力于培养学生的法治意识，有助于学生规范自己的言行举止，有助于增强对自我的保护意识、学习社会人文知识、拓宽社会视野。
