    Abstract：

    高校学生资助工作为学校管理工作中的重要组成部分，也是开展大学生思想政治教育和体现学校人文关怀的重要途径，在高校中学生资助的育人功能非常的突出。通过帮助经济困难的学生能够缓解学生内心的压力，树立正确的进取思想，以此来促进学生自身的良好发展。因此高校在进行学生资助工作中，需要充分发挥育人本身的价值和功能，构建新型的育人资助模式，推动学生的可持续性发展。
