杨泗港长江大桥为主跨1700m的单跨双层悬索桥,主塔墩采用沉井基础,底部为高28m钢沉井,采用23m工厂制造、浮运至墩位,剩余5m现场接高的总体方案。通过采用沉井助浮措施和下河底托板一体化设计、新型密封材料+内侧焊缝的组合结构以及模拟分析设置临时锚碇等工艺,成功保证了底节钢沉井浮运定位施工顺利完成。
