Abstract：
思政课程是立德树人的关键课程，大德育理念的提出，对思政课教师提出了全新的挑战，我们所要培育的人是能够适应新时代发展要求的应用型人才，因此如何将高深的理论与学生实际相结合，激发学生学习思政理论的积极主动性，是中职思政教师必须思考的重要问题。笔者根据两门思政课程的实践教学经验，对中职思政教学与职业生涯规划融通渗透的重要性及实现进行了探讨。
