Abstract：
高中正是学生的人生重要转折期，心理健康对高中生的学习、生活、人际关系都是极为重要的，因此家长、老师、学校还有政府都要重视起来。本文从高中生心理健康教育的现状进行分析，梳理其中存在的问题；探究心理健康对高中学生的价值意义后，从而研究高中生心理健康教育的有效实施途径，帮助高中生形成健全的人格和树立正确的三观，助力学生在心智健康成熟的基础上得到全面发展。
