Abstract：
在“互联网+”时代背景下，信息技术与教育教学的深度融合正不断地改变着传统课堂的教学模式。将传统线下教学与网络线上学习进行有机融合的混合式学习模式正被广泛应用于高职高专的教学实践中。文章设计了“三环联动式”课程的教学模式，同时论述了基于职教云的混合式学习模式在课前、课中和课后三阶段的具体实施步骤，并总结了教学效果，为基于职教云的混合式学习实施提供参考。
