    Abstract：

    随着社会经济的快速发展，企业对高素质技能人才的需求越来越强烈，对职业院校的人才培养工作提出了更高的要求。文章分析了当前双高建设与产教融合面临的主要问题，提出了构建校企人财物融合的制度、利益、质量等共同体及其制度保障体系，是助推双高建设与产教融合的基本路径。
