    新课程的实施对英语教师提出了更高的要求，给教学提供了更广阔的发展空间。只有当以人的发展为本位时，教师才能做到把能力培养和英语教学紧密结合起来，才能构建真正体现知识与技能、情感态度与价值观有机整合的英语课堂教学。
