    Abstract：

    新时代对医药行业专业人才培养提出新的要求，如何在传授知识技能的同时加强“药德·药规·药技”教育，是医药类高等院校培养人才新的思路与目标。医药类高等院校应该积极的推进人才培养的改革与创新。本文以药品质量与安全（药品质量检测技术）专业为例，探讨关于人才培养的现状及人才培养体系改革的新举措。
