    Abstract：

    分层教育是当代教育中比较受欢迎的教学方法,把它应用到初中化学中可以很好的帮助初中生理解这门学科,所以在化学教学中教师应该注重对分层教学的合理应用.教师可以最大程度地打开学生脑洞,其次教师要了解每一个学生的学习能力,给每一个层次的学生合理的分配任务和教学内容,进而使学生的能力得到充分的发挥.
