    在素质教育的背景下，对小学美术课程有更高的要求。教师将动画资源运用到小学美术教学中，可以调动学生学习的积极性，提升学生观察、分析概括的素养，提高学生学习的有效性。文章主要是分析动画资源在小学美术教学中的运用措施进行分析，希望能给教育者提供一些借鉴。
