Abstract：
高中阶段是学生思想道德教育的关键阶段，德育工作在促进高中生思想、道德和心理素质的健康发展中起着重要作用。而且，高中生正处于叛逆时期，他们的思想尚未成熟。德育工作的有效性对提高学生的道德意识和约束学生的个人行为具有重要意义，在进行德育工作的过程中，高中班主任应注意德育教育工作的有效性。因此，本文对高中班主任德育工作的创新对策进行了探索。
