    Abstract：

    退役军人职业技能培训项目选择指导是促进退役军人合理定位职业角色，实现社会身份转换的重要途径。其应然供给方式为政府购买市场主体的专业服务，其价值取向是通过融入军民融合理念实现对退役军人利益的深度关照。指导补偿性不突出、责任主体空虚导致的指导供给不足，以及作为指导基础的培训项目供给的针对性不足，是培训项目选择指导面临的主要困境。
