Abstract：

在基于数学核心素养理念下进行小学数学教学改革，能有效提高小学生的学习效率和质量，提升小学生的情感、态度，以及价值观等综合素养，因此，强化核心素养培养理念在教学改革过程中具有重要的应用意义。教师在教学实践过程中要理论联系实际，结合数学学科的特征和学生的实际情况，更好地推动小学数学教学改革。
