    Abstract：

    随着我国思政教育大会的召开，按照习近平总书记的重要指示，新时期针对思政课程教学提出了更高的要求。思政课这门学科，作为中职学校所有学习科目里最为重要的一项，实际蕴含着理论性，对于学生未来的发展具有重大的影响。鉴于此，文章主要围绕构建中职学校思政课教学团队的基本要素进行阐述，针对现阶段如何加强教学队伍建设，提出了科学有效的实施对策。
