Abstract：
为提高学生数学学习的积极性，养成良好的学习习惯，教师需要在教学中为学生减轻学习压力，并通过不同的教学形式提高课堂的效率。笔者将以实行趣味教学、培养数学思维、训练解题方法三个方面入手，探讨如何实现初中数学减负增效。
