Abstract：

目前，我国的教育在“填鸭式”的教学理念背景下，教学者总是以理论性教学为主，而忽视了幼儿的体能发展。当前，在我国整个教育系统下，绝大部分幼儿的身体素质指标不容乐观，缺乏可持续性、科学性的优质幼儿体适能课程，尝试开发既能锻炼身体素质、又能推进幼儿身心全面发展的创新性幼儿军事体适能课程。
