Abstract：
高校学风建设是体现高校办学质量的重要所在，而课堂不文明行为和消极的学习心理是众多民办高校学风建设工作的难题。本文从学生内在教育入手，采用“唤醒教育”理念，探索行为教育规律，改变学风建设的外在主体，转变成唤醒学生内在的潜能、塑造正面、积极的个人意识与精神，从而建设良好的学风。
