Abstract：

事业单位是我国经济社会发展中非常重要的组成部分，事业单位中档案管理工作能否有序地开展，对于事业单位发展、社会经济稳定，都有着非常重要的作用。只有不断地提升档案管理水平，才能够确保事业单位实现顺利、稳定的发展。基于此，以下对新时期事业单位档案管理工作的策略进行了探讨，以供参考。
