    绿地系统规划是保障生态环境、促进村镇和谐发展的重要途径。随着低碳理念的逐步推广，如何从低碳的角度实现村镇绿地系统规划已成为村镇规划发展的主要目标。本文首先分析了绿地系统规划在村镇发展中的积极应用，然后探讨了如何实现村镇低碳绿地系统规划。
