Abstract：
中华民族有着诸多璀璨辉煌的优秀文化成果。在近年来的高中英语教育中，由于受到传统观念的影响，传统教育的制约，外来文化的冲击，致使高中英语教育长时间处于教师一味地传授、学生被动接受的尴尬境地。对此，高中英语教师应该以教学为载体、以知识为工具、以学生为主体、以课改为推动，通过优秀传统文化与高中英语教育教学的融合，促进高中英语教学工作的改革与发展。
