    在编辑人员校对电子文稿时，往往会出现忽视隐性差错，只重视显性优势的情况，这导致校对人员的责任感缺失，会依赖于电子文稿的校对功能。因此，编辑人员需规范校对工作秩序，提高电子文稿编校质量，端正工作作风，加强校 对人员的自觉敏感意识，充分探索出电子文稿出现的规律，加强自我的判断识别能力。本文中刍议了电子文稿编辑校对中的误区与应对对策。
