Abstract：

在教育改革深入推进过程中,初中教育督导教学受到了高效的应用.教育督导对于当前多元化、创新性的教学环境量化、行政管理探究、教学质量监督等都着不可替代的指导和引领作用.特别是对于初中学校来说,教育督导对于政、教、学三个方面,都具有一定的约束和促进的作用.本文对教育督导存在的问题及应用对策进行详细阐述.
