Abstract：
当前教育领域普遍重视"以人为本"的理念,深入分析教育的本质归根结底是要实现人的心智全面发展.经大量的研究证实,心智属于人类特有的一种大脑功能,其中影响心智水平的重要一大因素是生理差异,但最主要的还是后天环境的影响,为此学校教育在心智全面发展中起到的作用不容忽视.小学阶段学生所处的年龄阶段更是人生中大脑和心智发育的重要时期,为此现阶段小学教育不应只局限于传授知识,还应重视教学活动中学生心智的发展,其中创新思维作为心智的重要组成,更应得到学校教育的重视.
