    高层写字楼是现代化社会里现代化城市高速发展下的产物,它能够有效地解决城市现代化建设、企业经营办公和居民工作生活的需求,因此越来越多的城市把高层写字楼工程建设作为重点项目.现在,高层写字楼正在逐渐成为一个城市的标志,高层写字楼的现代化、人文化往往能展现一个城市的特色.本文总结了高层写字楼建筑设计的需求和高层写字楼建筑设计中需重视的一些问题,同时讨论了高层写字楼建筑设计的要点,希望为今后的高层写字楼建筑设计项目提供思路.
