    目前,我国食品行业是基本对外资全面放开,国内的食品企业是直接要与具有丰富质量管理经验,质量管理方法先进的外资企业直接竞争,但是食品企业的质量管理能力与国际食品业的质量管理能力相比存在巨大差距,所以提升占绝对地位的中小型食品企业的质量管理水平就显得尤为重要,甚至关乎真个行业的发展前景.
