Abstract：

集团化的本义是将经济领域中分散的、规模较小的实体以集团的形式有机地组织起来,形成规模较大的经济经营实体,从而实现企业经营中的资源优化和规模经济效益.近几十年来,职业教育领域开始探索群体教育的理论与实践.可以说,职业教育集团化是一种具有前瞻性、独创性、突出现代中国职业教育特色的人才培养模式创新方式.
